About our home
As I have time to travel from 28th of july untill september the 10th 2022 I would love to swap my place then e.g. with Montenegro and Kosovo . Please get in touch.
Spacious, bright and quite, with a wooden floor overlooking a park. The 2 bedroom flat is situated in Haidhausen nearby Rosenheimerplatz. Haidhausen. The former French quarter, is one od the oldest parts of Munich with beautiful historical houses and plenty of choices to eat out. It takes you 5 minutes by underground or S-Bahn to the very center (Marienplatz), 30 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the fair. Straight connection to the Oktoberfest with the undergroundline U5 within 10 minutes.
I am open to explore any destination which offers a combination of culture/authenticity and landscape to be explored.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
the flat is placed in Munichs oldest and right now most wanted neighbourhood called Haidhausen. It´s acozy and quite neighbourhood with many different choices of buying fresh food or eating out, the river Isar is 15 minutes walk away, Marienplatz is only 2 stops, or 25 minutes walk away. The flat looks on a quite park with a childrens playground on one side.
