About our home

Our house was built in 1908 (by the first female german architect) and completely restored and extended in 2010. It is located in Babelsberg, a quarter that has been the home of artists, film stars, bankers, and politicians for more than one hundred years. Babelsberg is a part of Potsdam that is famous for its imperial, royal and bourgeois palaces and parks and its cultural live. At the same time, it is right on the brim of the German Capital, whose centre can be reached in about half an hour by train or car.

More about us

  1. We are a couple with four children, Sophie, 10, Anton, 9, Luzie, 7, and Johann, 5 years old.

  2. Katharina works in federal administration, and Juergen is an entrepreneur.

  3. We live a rather active life, but try to stay as relaxed as possible. We like nature, and all other beautiful things.
