בן זוגי מגיע לביקור בארץ ב-5-21.2 ומשאיר מאחוריו חדר גדול ומרווח 21 מ״ר בדירה משותפת בשכונת נויקולן בברלין .אנחנו מחפשים להחליף לדירה בתל אביב או באזור חוף הכרמל:)
אנחנו זוג שקט ונקי ומחפשים מישהו באותו הראש שיהנה מהחדר ,הבית וכמובן מהעיר:)!
5 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת Sonnenallee ו-2 דקות הליכה מהסופרמרקט.
המון בארים ומסעדות מסביב בשכונה.
20 דקות נסיעה לקרויצברג ופרידריכסהיין.
נשארת בבית שותפה מתוקה בשם ג'וליה, מעצבת בת 30 אשר רוב היום נמצאת בעבודה, זה אומר שהיא צריכה שקט בערב ובלילה.ֿ
ניתן עדיפות למי שיקח את דירה לכל התקופה אך גם חלק מהזמן אפשרי בהחלט
