About our home

Apartment is 4 years old, 100 square meters with a balcony looking into Viktoria Park, which dates from 1820 and includes an artificial waterfall. Private key into the park and to the Schinkel monument on the Kreuzberg, the highest point in Berlin, the most popular place in the city to watch the sunset. Apartment is part of a new development in an old brewery which is under protection as a monument.
We rented it for 3 years and are taking control August 1. We will buy modern furniture from IKEA and be able to exchange the apartment by Sept. 20. We will place pictures and update the site by mid-September, 2010.

My wife has a doctorate in philosophy and is a part-time university teacher with years of experience designing programs for museums. We love music (jazz, classical), good food, good museums, and beautiful countryside as well. We are interested in both big city exchanges and country exchanges.
