About our home

Our home is a bright and spacious place, centrally located in the living and colourful district of Kreuzberg near the famous Bergmann street.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 19th century building and lies in a quiet street. It has high ceilings, wooden floors and is full of light. There is a lovely, sunny balcony where we grow our own herbs. The apartment covers about 110 sqm, has four rooms and features a high-speed WLAN internet access (though there is no television). There is one large dining room with a big table seating about 8 people as well as a lounge area with a sofa, one small bedroom with a single bed, a kid’s room as well as the master bedroom with a queen size bed.
Apart from that we have two bathrooms (one with a tub and a washing machine), and a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher) which opens up to the dining room area.
All in all it's a beautiful and cosy mixture of old and new.

More about us

  1. We are both medical doctors (32 and 41 years old) and have a little son (6 months old). We love to travel but also we love and enjoy Berlin very much.
We will of course treat your home with the same care and respect we would wish from others.

Where is it?

Kreuzberg is very alternative and creative, and the Bergmann street area is well-known for its many restaurants, cafés, buzzling bars, and boutiques. In walking distance are supermarkets including two whole foods markets, and on Saturdays a cute farmers’ market on the Chamissoplatz.
A couple of minutes away is the former airport Tempelhof, which is now a great place for outdoor activities like cycling, inline skating or picnic, as well as two other parks and a couple of playgrounds.
It’s a good starting point to visit the main cultural places in Berlin. Museums like the Jewish museum or the Berlin Art Gallery can be easily reached by bicycle, and bus-lines and three subway-stations are in less than 10 minutes from the house. We could also offer three bikes.
