About our home
Nice and comfortable flat, on the first floor of a building from the early 1900, high ceiling with stuc, real double windows and a typical division of the rooms. One can enjoy it in winter as well as summer.
The long corridor is giving access to the kitchen, the bathroom (w bathtub) and the bedroom on the courtyard side, to the living room on the street side.(south)
In the bedroom one (or two) can enjoy a big and comfortable double bed, in the living room there are two futon and tatami.
I'm working at home, so you can have an use of a complete studio, wide drawing tables / internet / iMac(oldG5) / printer / scanner.
As a book-lover, I hope you'll fancy sneaking in my library, mostly photo / comix / painting.

This part of Neukölln is changing a lot, new cafés, restaurants and bars are opening since three years, and within minutes you have a very decent choice of warm / cosy / friendly places.
the flat is very close to the Landwehrkanal, really nice for having a walk or jogging.
several buses and UBahn7 are minutes walk. One reaches Alexanderplatz in 20 mn.
Berlin cultural facilities are just great, and nightclubbing is famous but everyday life is just the first major asset in my opinion. I can leave a map spotting the good-to-know places.
