About our home

A 2-storey apartment on the 4th and 5th floors of a well-renovated building in popular Friedrichshain in former East Berlin. Lots of cafes, eclectic shops, close to transport, yet very quiet (in the rear courtyard) in a green, leafy neighbourhood, opposite a small park. On the 4th floor is a spacious bedroom with French window, and a modern bathroom with bath and shower, and large window. On the top floor is an attractive open kitchen/dining/living room offering lots of natural light, a great view over the rooftops and access to the sunny balcony (west). There is no lift/elevator, but the climb is more than worth it!
