About our home
Very nice 3 bedroom apartment with a park view in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain. The apartment offers two large bedrooms, all tastefully mid century style decorated and very comfortable. The living room has a 3.20 m wide couch, 40 "TV and excellent speakers for your iPod/MP3 player. The view can be enjoyed on a large dining table for 6 persons overlooking the park towards Alexanderplatz during dinner. The master bedroom has a 1.60 m wide king size bed, a 3m closet and a cozy seating area that invites you to chill. The nursery is fully furnished for two children including beds, tables, mattresses and everything that kids desire. Also we have a fully equipped kitchen with top appliances, you can cook very well and sit relaxed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a small bank.
Infrastructure is nearly perfect. A good supermarket is just a stonethrow away....just as a huge choice of shops, restaurants and bars...all within 10-15 min walk.
A tram starts just around the corner and S- as well as U-Bahn (Subway) is just 8 min away.
If you wanna stay with kids, there is a nice playground in the park and another 3 in a radius of 500 m...the area is very family friendly without being narrow minded :-)
