About our home

We offer a beautiful landmarked Berlin apartment located in the very central, living and colorful district of Kreuzberg. Our house was build around 1900, and has a lot of character. The 175m2 flat is situated on the second floor but it feels like third due to the very high ceilings. There are four rooms - a parental - bedroom with a double bed, two teenagers bedroom, a large living/work space, a spacious kitchen with dining table and a large sunny bathroom. The apartment is well equipped and features a high-speed WLAN internet access. There is also a big garden at the back of the house with tall trees and little playgrounds

Where is it?

Kreuzberg is Berlin alternative, creative and most animated district. A great mix of avant-garde, multicultural and family-like living style with an amazing diversity of shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, but also parks and even nearby woodland . Thus, everything is within walking distance from our house situated near the Lausitzer Platz, where a very charming organic market is taking place beside the church every Friday and also in the famous Markthalle 9 with its local producers and places to eat and buy food. Kreuzberg is also a good starting point to visit the main cultural places in Berlin and you will find direct bus-lines and subway-stations in less than 5 minutes walk from the house.
