Welcome to my Apartment!
As you can see on the pictures everything is very white, very bright, sweet and clean.
It is in the back house of a five-storey apartment complex, 3rd floor.
It has wooden floors, very high rooms; the rustic style of a 1900s building in Berlin.
What you can find here:
Kitchen - sink, cooking plate, microwave, oven, washing machine
Living Room - TV/Cable, comfortable couch, space to enjoy the relaxing evening
Bathroom - shower, sink, toilet
Bedroom - Big Sideboard, two big wardrobes, workspace, one big shelf and a very comfortable bed.
You can also find every utensil to clean the apartment and wash the laundry.
My name is Lisa, I am 22 years old, very open-minded and friendly. Clean and tidy, love to have a good time, getting to know new people and new cultures.
I am majoring in Business Psychology and have my semester abroad and the following internship from January until September 2014 in Midtown, NYC. This is why I offer my apartment in exchange with hopefully your apartment!
Exact Dates of Exchange:
December 28th - September 30th
Also I am always open for offers this summer 2013 - just surprise me!
If you have any further questions feel free to contact me at anytime.
I am looking forward hearing from you!
All the best,
Lisa
The apartment lies in the heart of Berlin (Friedrichshain), right by the Warschauer Straße. You go outside the apartment and find every culture just around the corner - Thai, Arabic, Mexican, American, German, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian, vegan food and several bars with amazing cocktails, even shisha bars. Also you have a kiosk at every corner, a grocery store just two blocks away, a gym right next to it. The Subway station is also just two blocks away - you can easily get to every place in the city and believe me - Berlin is the most amazing city in Germany I have seen so far. It's a cultural Melting Pot, remembers me of New York City a lot. You could describe Friedrichshain as the smaller Soho. Just amazing!
