About our home

Our cozy and individual furnished flat is located in Schöneberg, in a mansion built 1905. (4th floor, no elevator). We live here in three (me and my kids, 22 and 17 years old) and we have a lot of space, sunlight in the morning in the kitchen and the living room and on the balcony in the evening. Altough we are in the center of the city the street is very quiet and you can sleep with open windows. All public services are nearby.

More about us

  1. We are a good-humoured, open-minded trio with a lot of interests. I'm a journalist working freelance and for Save the Children Germany. My daughter (22) studies communication and moved out recently, my son (18) is still going to school and lives with me. When we travel together we are dependend of the german school holidays. I love travelling alone or with a friend as well and can offer my appartment for a week or so, my son can stay with his father in this time. What we all love? Surfing, hiking and mountainbiking and all places near the sea or in the mountains. We already changed houses with a couple in Italy (Lake Garda), a family in Sevilla, a couple in Biarritz and a family in Andalucia – all of them were wonderful experiences!

Where is it?

We live in a very nice neighboorhood with a lot of shops/boutiques, cafés, international restaurants and bars. Of course there are also supermarkets nearby. If you travel with children you'll find great playgrounds for kids of all ages and huge public parks to spend a day in the sun or do some sports. All you want to see in Berlin (and Potsdam) you can reach very easily by public transport, the metropolitan/bus station is just around the corner. You can use our bicycles (for adults).
