About our home

We live in a nice little apartment in a fully renovated, pre-war, typical Berlin house with wooden floor, a balcony and a lot of sunlight. It's got wifi, a cute kitchen with a table for two and everything you need to make yourself breakfast, lunch, dinner. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of the back house, so it's nice and quiet.

Kreuzberg is known for it's great bars and clubs and it's like the whole city of Berlin just a wonderful place during the summer, there's a lot going on. Best area to live in! :)

More about us

  1. We are Lena and Constantin! Lena just finished her studies (cultural management) and Constantin is about to study photography here in Berlin.

We would like to swap our apartment in Kreuzberg (Urbanstrasse 47, 10967 Berlin), because we heard about house swapping just recently and it sounds like the best way to travel!

We are a nice, tidy couple (non smokers) who treat your things with great care and would love to hear from you!

Where is it?

The apartment is right at Graefestrasse, with a lot of bars. The famous Admiralbrücke is about 10 minutes to walk as well as the famous market at the Landwehrcanal - each Tuesday and Friday. The Up and Coming Neukölln area around Weserstrasse is about a 10 minute walk as well.

It's a wonderful area - huge park (Hasenheide, with outdoor movie theatre during the summer) right around the corner, 5 minute walk. Grocery store across the street, organic food stores and bakery 2 minutes away, kiosk in the front house as well as a very nice restaurant ("Gasthaus Figl").

Getting around is very easy, just use the subway (U7 and U8) are within a 7 minutes walk (Hermannplatz) and the bus stops right in the front of the house and brings you to Potsdamer Platz (10 Minutes) and Main Railway Station (20 Minutes).
