About our home

We offer a very nice, spacious and sunny apartment in Kreuzberg, a trendy neighborhood in Berlin. The flat is composed of two units which used to be separate apartments and is situated on the 4th floor of a 19th century Berlin apartment building. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones, separate living and dining rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and an office. Our south facing balcony offers a great view into the treetops of Gneisenaustrasse, one of Kreuzberg's boulevards.

More about us

  1. We are Kirsten and Matthias and have two boys (13 and 16) and a girl (10). Matthias is working for an International Organisation, Kirsten is a yoga teacher and an artist. We really enjoy traveling but we also like to welcome friends at our place. Exchanging homes seems like a good way to do both.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Kreuzberg is a lively but still very comfortable (gemütlich) district in the centre of Berlin. You will find plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance, some of them right next door. The old airfield Berlin-Tempelhof which has been turned into an amazing public park is just a 10-minutes-walk away. It's a great place if you want to discover Berlin but you can also have a good and relaxing time with kids.
