About our home

Our flat: 3 room, 90 square meter, small bedroom, large workingroom / studio to the back and large livingroom with balcony and a kitchen to the front. At the end of the hallway there‘s a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bathtub.

There‘s a wireless flatrate internet connection and the apartment can be used for living as well as working. There are two bikes, a tv, and loads of books (engl/german).

Our apartment is located in Berlin Mitte (east) – one of the nicest and most exiting parts of the city. Historic sights, art-galleries, playgrounds, cafes, parks, shops and metro are all close by.

We are a dutch / german, designer-illustrator / copywriter, 30 year old couple living in Berlin who would like to spent two or three month in New York and we are looking for someone / a couple /a small family who would like to come to Berlin and swap apartments with us.
