About our home

Our flat is under the roof of an old 19th century house in the center of Berlin. As we have two balconies we have sun in the morning on the balcony east and in the afternoon on the balcony west where we can sit looking at a chestnut tree.

The charming spacious living room has three big windows and is furnished with an old wooden dining table, 2 Sofas, and some stylish old furniture. It contains also an old piano and the instruments of my kids.

There are also two big bedrooms of my children with one bed each and a sofa, and my small bedroom. The kitchen is small, it has an oven, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer.
The bathroom has a washing machine.

More about us

  1. I am a medical doctor working as a generalist. I live in this flat since a year with my two sons, 10 and 13 years old.

I love to travel, but the last years I didn't have much time to do so.

As my sons started to learn Spanish early and now learn English, Latin and French I want them to see other countries and to talk to people - as long as they still want to travel with me.

As I prefer to travel with one kid the other stays with his father or his grandparents.
