Our apartment is in the heart of West - Berlin ( right on Savignyplatz). It is 5 min away from the Zoo, the famous Ku'damm and just a short trainride from Kreuzberg or Mitte. It is absoluetly quiet and peaceful.
The apartment contains of 4,5 rooms. Two big rooms, which we use as living area ( watchung films, kids playing, working & as a guestroom, if we have guest). One room is bedroom with an attached Wintergarden into the backyard of the building and you can sleep with open windows. Another room is the kids room, where you can fit 2 kids easily. The kitchen is quiet big with a table for 6- 8 people. There is one master bathroom with tub & shower and a seperate toilette.
The apartment is bright with high seilings and just a generell good vibe.
“Great flat in Savignyplaytz area with high ceilings and big spaces! The wintergarden in the bedroom is particularly nice if you need to increase your creativity while working. Tiergarten park is just near by, as lots of restaurants. Laura is super nice and was easy with our accommodation. Will definitely recommand.”

This apartment is right at Savignyplatz. Typical West Berlin style. Incredible good restaurants, bars around the corner.
The Tiergarten- bigger than Central Park- is only 10 min away by walk and the Zoo is super close.
To shop the Ku'damm is 5 min by foot.
