About our home
This newly built apartment is located within the Ringbahn in Berlin and nearby a leafy Park (Traveplatz). There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby, all within walking distance, i.e. the trendy Boxhagener Platz or Sonntagstraße. The S Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is an 8 minute walk from the apartment, there you have all the connections of S Bahn, U Bahn or trams and buses. There are direct links to Berlin Airport from Ostkreuz, which is a 12 Minute walk from the apartment.
The flat has two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, a kids bedroom and a modern kitchen/living area with all necessary appliances e.g. fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven cooker. Plus there is a flatscreen tv with netflix, free wifi and there are hardwood floors in all the rooms with cosy underfloor heating for those chilly winter months. One bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower, the other a shower and washing machine/dryer. Not only is Berlin a vibrant city to explore but also a perfect starting point for Europe based travel, may it be by plane, train or even coach/car.
We live here with our son, so there are plenty of toys for young children.
Please note, as this occurs frequently, that this apartment is strictly pet free, as family members are allergic to any kind of animal hair. This means however as well, if you have a pet yourself, that we won’t be able to stay in your place, so a swap would not be possible. Sorry

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
the house is located in second row, has a nice view of the courtyard into a garden with plenty of trees and a small playground for children (sandpit and a slide) for residents use only. If you take a stroll to the Rummelsburger Bucht, you get a view of a recently industrial Berlin Bay side perfect for a sunny walk. There are shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. You can also walk to a few of the famous Berlin clubs from here.
