We have a unique condo in an old hospital, a nineteen century Gründerzeit building, fully refurbished and modernized at raised ground floor and basement: 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a separate WC, one with a sofa bed, two with bunks - there live our sons), 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a big sunny room includes kitchen, dining room and living room, south-facing balcony and terrace, high ceiling, hardwood floors, table football, piano, ventilation system with heat recovery.
A quiet place in the heart of Kreuzberg!
Children can play in the big garden and the playing ground (you can see it from the apartment).

“It was a lovely time in Berlin. Luxury spacious apartment in a beautifully renovated former hospital complex in the district of Kreuzberg, from where everything is close. Tasting of beer in brewery pub and great food in the nearby Turkish quarter. A music room filled with exotic musical instruments we've never seen before. Excellent advice on attractions in Berlin, we managed only a fraction of what we would like to catch... Despite the difficulties with the electricity on the first day of the exchange caused by hurricane Niklas our guests great care of our house and animals. Thank you for an unforgettable exchange, we would like to repeat it. (Without natural disasters.) :-)”
We are two music teacher (60, 64), sometimes our sons (they don't live in Berlin) travel with us. We are interested in people around us and music from old to new. We speak English and French and are looking forward to hear from you wherever you are. We had five wonderful exchanges
Our neighborhood in the next streets is a trendy area with bars, restaurants, little shops and cafés, but you find also bakeries and a little super market. Our apartment is close to the Landwehrkanal and the famous Admiralbrücke, where you can go for a little walk on the bank.
Accessible on foot you reach the big park "Tempelhofer Flughafen", the open-air bath "Prinzenbad", Oranienstraße und Bergmannstaße
Two subway lines and a bus are near: 8 Minutes to Alexanderplatz, 12 Minutes to Kurfürstendamm, 12 Minutes to Potsdamer Platz.
