About our home
My 2.5-room apartment (70sqm) consists of a small bedroom, a living room and a big open kitchen/ dining room opening to a beautiful large balcony. Located on the 5th floor (no elevator), so there is a lot of light and the view from the balcony is nice. Sun comes around to the balcony in the evening hours, so perfect for a sundowner chill out.
The apartment is situated close to S and U Bahn (walk 7 mins) from where you get to eg Alexanderplatz in 15 mins. Also: walking distance to the amazing Tempelhofer Feld where you can feel space, freedom and Berlin vibes all at the same time.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
This neighborhood is at the edge of the hipstery „Nordneukölln“ area, so it shows a mix of kebab shops, Arabic sounds and Turkish markets on the one hand, with hipstery pretty cafes and cool restaurants hidden here and there on the other hand.
The highlight is definitely the closeness to Tempelhofer Feld where you have a place for running or exercising, but also relaxing, picnics, bbq, beers… make sure you don’t miss the sunset!
