About our home

Unique modern, free standing house in a leafy green courtyard and with private garden and terrace. The house features a spacious downstairs room with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, opening up to the terrace and garden. Also downstairs are a small bathroom with washing machine and the entrance hallway. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, and a smaller one, next to a big bathroom with bathtub. The interior of the house is light and features scandinavian design furniture. It is located in one of Berlin's cosiest areas. In the immediate vicinity of the house are several squares with excellent playgrounds, and bordered by a multitude of stylish cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants.

The house is extremely well located, within a 5 min walk from the U2 Eberswalder Strasse U-bahn station and a 3 min walk from the nearest M10 trams stop. Both the U2 and the M10 directly connect to major tourist destinations within the city, such as the zoo, the Museum Insel, Friedrichstrasse, Potsdammer Platz, (all on U2) and the main station (Haubtbahnhof), Mauerpark, East Side Gallery and Warschauer Strasse. The S-train 'ring bahn' is a 10 min walk away with access to Schonefeld and Tegel airports.
