About our home

My flat is a cool cozy space with a bohemian interior that's perfect for relaxing and spending time with a partner or friends. It has a calm and warm atmosphere.
I would love to swap places over August +/- for a couple of weeks or even a month. Barcelona or Madrid are my top picks, but I am also open to Italy to improve my Italian.

There's a small very cute and cuddly cat, Rosie, who will be your emotional support animal during your stay and come to be pet and cuddle with you on a Sunday morning. If we exchange flats, I am more than happy to also take care of an animal. As it can get dusty with the cat hair, my lovely cleaner comes once a week to take care of keeping things neat and tidy.

The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook all day, enjoy the sun as it is on the south side, and just hang there for hours to chat and chill with friends or family. Do you like coffee? I have an espresso machine, an aero press, a Chemex, a filter... you choose your favorite!

A typical long Berlin bathroom offers a large bathtub to soak in after a day of sightseeing. Next to is a sunny bedroom.
The living room is spacious and inviting, I often have day-long brunches here and celebrate life with my friends. In the evening it's nice to watch a movie or listen to some music on the stereo.

There are about four different supermarkets in the vicinity, 5 - 10 minutes walking and you can choose where to go. Post office, drug stores, and more are all within walking distance and it is super well connected as the train station with the Ringbahn is 5 min away, so you can easily go anywhere.

If you come in summer and fancy a dip in the lake, just get on a bike and drive to Weißensee, about 15min away and you have several lakes to choose from.
Volkspark Friedrichshain is close by if you need to lay in the grass and you can easily walk into the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with lots of cozy cafés and cool restaurants. Mauerpark is a 15 min bike ride away.

I only use my bike and I can easily go to Friedrichshain, Mitte, Kreuzberg, and even Neukölln. But of course, those are all easily accessible via public transport as well.

More about us

  1. I am a freelance creative enjoying the perks of remote work.

  2. And when I am not using my creative juices for clients, then use them to make collages, videos, sew, embroider, and whatever else tickles my fancy.

  3. But what I need most to create and make things is inspiration from new places, people, and subcultures. That's why I travel.

Where is it?

Prenzlauer Berg is nice and quiet, super well connected and within 10 minutes you can be sitting by the lake, in a park, explore cafés and restaurants in the area or hop on a bike or the public transport and explore other areas.

Buzzy restaurants
I will make you a list of nice places but off the top of my head:
Walks in the park
Volkspark Friedrichshaine
