Beautiful Luxury Apartment on the Park

My place is located 5 min fro the city center, in the heart Prenzlauer Berg, which boasts a wide array of boutiques and cafés and is very safe. The apartment has a penthouse feel, with wraparound windows overlooking the park. It's quite large and can easily host a whole family. The apartment its self very clean, with a weekly cleaning service. The building is brand-new, having been built in the early 2000's, and there is a lovely quiet yard in the back where one can relax and enjoy a bit of nature. Directly across the street is a supermarket and pharmacy. The tram is only a four minute walk away and the next metro station is a 5 to 7 minute walk.

Also, I have an elderly cat living in this apartment. She sleeps most of the day, however she does need to be fed. I can either have someone come and feed her during your stay, if you’re not comfortable doing so, or if you would like to feed her, that works for me too.
