About our home
My place is located 5 min fro the city center, in the heart Prenzlauer Berg, which boasts a wide array of boutiques and cafés and is very safe. The apartment has a penthouse feel, with wraparound windows overlooking the park. It's quite large and can easily host a whole family. The apartment its self very clean, with a weekly cleaning service. The building is brand-new, having been built in the early 2000's, and there is a lovely quiet yard in the back where one can relax and enjoy a bit of nature. Directly across the street is a supermarket and pharmacy. The tram is only a four minute walk away and the next metro station is a 5 to 7 minute walk.
About Prenzlauer Berg:
Splendidly well-groomed Prenzlauer Berg is one of Berlin's most charismatic residential neighbourhoods, filled with cafes, historic buildings and indie boutiques. It's a joy to explore on foot. On Sundays, the world descends on its Mauerpark for flea marketeering, summertime karaoke and chilling in the sun. It's easily combined with a visit to the quarter's main sightseeing attraction, the Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer, an engrossing 1.4km-long exhibit that explains how the Berlin Wall shaped the city.
Also, I have an elderly cat living in this apartment. She sleeps most of the day, however she does need to be fed. I can either have someone come and feed her during your stay, if you’re not comfortable doing so, or if you would like to feed her, that works for me too.
“Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Everything close at hand and the neighbourhood is cool and trendy. Highly recommended.”

“My sister and her bf have spent one week in Soraya´s apt, they enjoyed the great location and the friendly welcome!
The apartment is well connected to the public transportation, and the supermarket is just in front of the building, local market twice a week also very practical.
Soraya´s Mum and Friend were there to explain everything, so very easy to feel home.
The perfect location to visit Berlin and enjoy the fancy area of Kollowitzplatz.
