About our home

This new built penthouse apartment is perfectly located in Berlin.

Its about 2050 sq ft big and offers a beatiful master-bedroom with direct connection to an amazing bathroom and dressing room.
There is a kids bedroom and a well designed office, which has a view into the open kitchen and livingroom. Both extremly well designed by interior designers. The livingroom has a terrace (sun from midday until sunset) to the calm patio.

There is a separate guestroom (with its own bathroom) and an additional toilet for guests as well.

Ideal location. In the middle of Berlin. About 25 minutes to the aiport. 15 minutes to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichstraße. Only 2 minutes walk to subway and S-Bahn. There is a huge park within 5 minutes walk. Directly at Rathhaus Schöneberg (where Kennedy used to say "Ich bin ein Berliner"). You even see the Rathhaus from one of the windows.

If you like "Soho House" - you will love the apartment. The design and materials are very similiar.
