About our home

Bonjour,

We are Nina and Philipp, a couple from Berlin who are excited to offer our flat in the trendy Samariterkiez neighborhood of Friedrichshain.

Located in one of Berlin's hippest districts, our home is perfectly situated in a family-friendly area with multiple green spaces and parks in close proximity, as well as great infrastructure with multiple supermarkets and a large delicatessen store nearby. At the same time, the heart of Friedrichshain and its vibrant nightlife is within walking distance, making it the perfect spot for those who want to experience all that Berlin has to offer.

Our flat itself is approximately 70 square meters and is fully furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, large desk, smart TV, and WiFi. We are both passionate about design and architecture, and have carefully decorated our home to reflect our personal style. In our spare time, we love to visit and explore new cities, and we believe that our home would be the perfect base for anyone looking to do the same in Berlin.
