About our home
Our house is in a new exclusive development of 24 detached 4 bedroom properties. We designed ours as open plan living and incorporated a seperatly snug sitting room which boosts a real fire and 48 inch 4k smart tv. Our open plan has our kitchen 10 seater dining area and corner sofa with a 32 inch smart tv and electric fire. Mood lighting and outside access to the patio which has an impressive 6 seater hottub with speakers and underwater lights that change colour, this is under a lovely ratten and cloth gazebo. We also have a sitting area on a seperatly patio and decking with 6 seats and ratten table with outdoor bbq. For the kids we have a full playa area with a climbing frame twirly slide and monkey bars and 2 swings. Parking for 2/3 cars and a granny annexe which has a small sofa bed and tv dart board and table and chairs with its own separate toilet and sink with instant hot water.
