Just 25 minutes by car or metro from Potsdamer Platz in the heart of Berlin, lies our charming 2nd home in a very green area. Airport only 15 minute drive away, Autobahn Berlin ring-south also 10 min.

“Coen and Gyusy's home is very large and spacious and has a lot of character. We stayed there to visit Berlin and it was very easy to travel with the S-Bahn to Berlin for long days of visiting and come back in the evening to relax 'like at home'. The house is very easy to use, ideal with kids who can play inside and outside and leave room for the parents to enjoy a Berliner Kindl in the garden or the living room. Morover, Coen and is family are very open and very communicative and eager to share their love for their Berlin. we'll keep very nice memories. Thanks”
“Cornelius' house was a breath of fresh air after many days of travelling. The area was peaceful and quiet, and the house was just a short walk from the train station. We could easily get into Berlin for sight-seeing. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including kids' toys. A grocery store was right down the street, and there were a few restaurants to choose from by the train station. Cornelius was an excellent host and communicator, and we'd happily go back one day. ”
We are an Italian-Dutch family of 5 living & working in Berlin. At home, we speak german, english and italian; our cooking is mainly italian ;-) French & spanish spoken as well!
Giusy works in communicaton for a bluechip pharma-company and Cornelus for an automotive OEM in the commercial area
We love spending time with our 3 kids (girl of 13, boys of 10 & 7) and travel quite a lot around Europe. We all play tennis and some of us the piano!
Green, quite village surroundings. Cobble stone roads with little traffic. 8 minute walk to the village Center with railway connecting to Berlin every 20 minutes (S-Bahn number 2 & 26). Ample parking space.
