About our home

Very centrally located, sunny and spacious apartment with a view over the roofs of Berlin.

There is a tram and subway connection nearby, the main station is about 10min by tram.

From here you can explore Berlin on foot or by bike.Guests with their own car can use our free transferable residents' parking permit.

The apartment itself has two balconies with a south-west orientation and is therefore very bright even in bad weather.

We live here in twos with many plants and would be happy if our guests do not mind giving them some water every 2-3 days.

The apartment is comfortably and brightly furnished. The living room and the kitchen are facing the park.To the yard are the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a storage room and a guest WC. The apartment is located on one of the upper floors. The building has an elevator.

We are both non-smokers and have no pets.
