About our home

We have a wooden House in a village with 1100 residents. The next Towns are Northeim (15000 residents) distant 16km and the university town Göttingen (1200000 residents) distant 25km. The village lies 350 km southeasterly from the capital city Berlin. The house have a central heating and in the living room an chimney oven. The living site is 1000 squaremeter and consists a garden and lawn.

The house have 150 squaremeter living space, 8 rooms, 2 betrooms und 2 bathrooms. 5 person can sleep in the house.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The neighbours are okay.
If you come to us, you can use our sailingboat (lengh=7.60m, wide=2.50m). It is on a trailer near the house. Also we have a canoe. In the mountain Harz about 800 meter you can skiing, sled and walking. In addition we have a Holiday-Van, which you can use for visit Europe, since we live very central. Further you can visit big European cities with low cost fliers also well such as Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna, London or Rome. We are 46 and 47 years old, nonsmokers and we have not pets.
