Nice and modern house with a pretty garden between Stuttgart and Esslingen am Neckar

Welcome to our lovely modern house in warm and sunny Southern Germany.

Our house is cosy, all rooms are freshly painted, with a nice garden and solar heated swimming pool in the summer. It is situated in a green and quiet, architecturally interesting and modern town just 15 minutes away by car from the city of Stuttgart, capital of the land Baden-Wuerttemberg and only 5 minutes by foot from the metro or bus stop. From here you can easily reach the airport in 20 minutes and the main railway station in Stuttgart in 23 minutes by public transport which is excellent and almost always punctual in Germany. Alternatively, you can leave your car in our underground garage.

Enjoy the quietness of your stay or go and explore Stuttgart with its old town, palace square with its old and new castles, Mercedes and Porsche museums, the State art gallery, one of the German oldest and most beautiful botanical gardens which at the same time is a zoo called Wilhelma. Or get down from our hill location to the valley of the river Neckar to admire the amazing medieval city of Esslingen with its half-timbered houses, narrow streets, old and new city halls and take a break sitting and enjoying a coffee or an ice cream in a cafe on a bridge over the river or the canals. In December you can visit one of the largest and most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany in Stuttgart, the medieval one in Esslingen, the baroque one in Ludwigsburg close nearby and drink a lot of Glühwein (mulled wine, also non-alcoholic punch).

Our house is ideally located to explore the surroundings like exciting Munich (2 hours 15 minutes drive or 2 hours train ride), the pristine Black Forest (45 minutes drive), medieval town-museum Rothenburg ob der Tauber (very popular among foreign tourists, about 2 hours), stunning cities like Heidelberg with its inbelievably beautiful castle over Neckar (1,5 hours) or Tübingen with its old town (35 minutes), the lake of Constance (1,5 hours) and even Strasbourg in France (less than 2 hours) or Basel in Switzerland (2,5 hours). You can take it all.
