About our home

Our apartment is a typical spacious Berlin flat of about 100 qm with high ceilings full of plasterings, wooden floors and white walls. The flat is situated on the first floor of a heritage-protected building and was renovated very carefully in 2013. It has 3 rooms (bedroom, living room and kids room), a bathroom and an open kitchen area. All 3 rooms look to the south and are therefore very lucid. We love our flat and put lots of good energy in making it a nice and comfortable home!

More about us

  1. We are Marion and Ole (48/51 years old), with our 6 year-old son (already an experienced traveler) called Manel. We work as Designer/Photographer and Project Manager. As we are both freelancer, we are flexible in times of travelling and take every chance to get to know new places. We love travelling and are already experienced homeswapper. We love that kind of travelling because you get a more intense feeling in the Cities and Countries and we are also interested in getting to know you! We also speak English, Spanish and a bit French.

Neighbourhood

Our home is situated in the famous Prenzlauer Berg quarter where you can find so many different things to do...fine Restaurants and Cafes but also very good Döner Kebap, Boutiques and Second Hand Shops, Parks and Shopping Malls, Cinemas, Playgrounds for kids...and if you want to visit all the other nice parts of Berlin, you take the U- or S-Bahn or the Tramway just very nearby.
