Neighbourhood

Located in the district of Ramersdorf-Perlach, only a short bus ride to Ostbahnhof with main suburban train lines. The surroundings are very quiet, close to Ostpark with beautiful lakes and bridges. The lively district of Haidhausen with cafes and bars is not far away.

Buzzy restaurants
There are various restaurants in nearby Haidhausen, even exotic ones like a Nepalese restaurant.
Cool bars
Bars are to be found near Ostbahnhof, or in the city centre only a short train ride away.
Cozy cafés
Haidhausen hosts some cute little cafes.
Bit of culture
Munich is famous for its theatres and the opera, to be found in the city centre near Odeonsplatz. Many bands visit Munich to give concerts, and there are some top-notch nightclubs.
Walks in the park
Ostpark is just perfect for the daily walk!
Day tripping
You can reach the Alps and lakes like Starnberger See within an hour by train.
