Family House with Pool, big Garden, at the Lake

Comfortable Family House with a brandnew pool and a big garden with a view at the lake with a swimming area and in a more natural environment with forests nearby. You are in a small city and in the green nature but are in 30 minutes in Hamburg city center with public transport or 15 minutes in Lübeck or in half an hour at the beaches of the baltic sea.
We have 3 Bedrooms (parents room with a waterbed, one kid's room with two bunkbed, and our Aupair room with a double bed and additional potential sleeping possibilities on the coach) and an open kitchen and living room with a table with a great view on the lake and a fireplace.
We have a nice garden where you can relax in a hammock under fruit trees, have a barbecue, sit at a fire bowl and enjoy the view in nature and our beautiful lake.
We have 3 chickens in our garden, (separate area), which are lovely and can deliver you eggs and two Bengal cats (non-allergic). But we also have neighbors who can take care of the animals if you want. But you cannot bring your dog or another cat.
We have two boys, so we have a lot of toys, bikes, trampoline, fireplace, gas barbeque grill, which you and your kids can use. And on cold days you could enjoy our sauna too.
Our garden is next to a nice playground and has direct access to the hiking trail around the lake and lakeshore and you can start hiking, running, biking directly from our house. We also offer using our bikes.
