130sm apartment on the 5th floor, large balconies, view of the city all the way down to the Thermaikos Bay and Mount Olympus on clear days, built in 2003, excellent condition, 30 min. bus ride to the city centre (about 7-10 km away), bus station right across the street with 2 bus lines taking you to the centre of Thessaloniki. Supermarket across the street, cafeterias, tavernas, shopping street 8-10 min. walk away. If you have/rent a car, you can park it very easily along our street. Also the apartment is very easily accessible from the peripheral road that takes you to any part of the city quickly or to other nearby places, villages or cities you might want to visit.
