About our home

We chose to live just outside of Antigua for the amazing views taking in three volcanoes, plus the tranquility of a tropical gated neighbourhood just 7 minutes drive to the centre of the Unesco World Heritage Site. Next to the house we grow our own organic vegetables which are then prepared by our fulltime cook/housekeeper who will be here to look after you too. There is an old Pathfinder to take you in and out of Antigua, so no worries about getting around. From there you have easy transport links to all the country's spectacular destinations and the airport just 45 minutes away. We have many English-speaking Europeans and Americans among our neighbours, while Antigua is a restaurant and cafe lover's paradise in the most gorgeous of colonial settings.

More about us

  1. We are a Scottish/Italian couple in our fifties

  2. Alberto is involved in construction, Yvonne in rural family health

  3. We love nature, peace and living here in Guatemala
