The house was built in 2005 of concrete. The appartment is 126 sqm. Livingroom an kichen joined, four bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and a dryer machine. From the livingroom window is ocean view and in far distance the glacial “Snæfellsjökull”. The ocean is abt 100m from the building. The building consists of 37 appartments in 5 stairwells and there of 12 appartments with joined lobby and stairwell.
