About our home

Nice home with guest wc, nice bathroom with shower and bathtub; one master-bedroom, one guest/childrens room, kitchen and sitting room. Built in 2007, timber house.

  1. I live alone in a nice house in Gardur, South West Iceland

Where is it?


Only some 20 min drive from Keflavik International Airport; some 50 min drive to Reykjavik centre. The Reykjanes Peninsula Geopark, a wonder of geology, volcano activity and lava fields, beautiful beaches with black sand and rock of all shapes, the popular Bridge Between Continents, The Blue Lagoon within 30 min drive, hot springs and the South Coast Road with beautiful scenery and an easy road to the South of Iceland, the Golden Circle and the Eyjafjallajökull.
In Gardur you will find two lighthouses where northern lights are seen, the fierce Atlantic ocean, sometimes whales and there is an old pier where on can go fishing...
