About our home
The cabin is by Lake Álftavatn right on the golden circle. It is a 120 sq m house in beautiful surroundings. It has 4 bed rooms one of which is a loft, with comfortable double beds. The kitchen area iand living room are very spacious. The patio has a hot tub with great view of the northern lights. The house is situated in a very private with nice walking trails nearby. Attractions like Kerið is 5 min away, Gullfoss and Geysir 40 mins and Thingvellir national park 20 minutes.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
The cabin is about 45 minutes drive from Reykjavík, right on the Golden Circle. We are 10 minutes from the crate Kerið and 20 minutes from the national park Þingvellir. The cabin is close to the lake Álftavatn and you will find nice trails to explore in the area.
