My house is located in wonderful Fossvogur Valley, the most prominent outdoor attraction in the area, is a popular recreational area which is frequented by locals and tourists alike. Visitors especially like exploring the many trails that are scattered around the vicinity. The Fossvogur neighborhood is one of the most popular running spots in Reykjavik, where the milder weather finds shelter from the wind, and the paved bike paths seems to stretch out endlessly. From my home are 3 kilometers to the beach in Reykjavík beach in Nauthólsvík and 6 kilometers to down town Reykjavik.
Fossvogur has the mildest weather in the Reykjavík area.
