About our home
Our apartment is in a quiet family neighborhood. The flat is on the second floor and is very comfortable and spacious (130 square meter). One bedroom with a king size bed, one with a single bed which can be extended to a king size, the third is smaller with a bunk bed and extra mattress underneath. Each bedroom sleeps two comfortably. Two balconies, one from the living room, the other from one of the bedrooms. Cosy living room with a large sofa, three extra chairs and a TV. The bathroom has a large bath and a shower, washing machine and a dryer. The entrance is shared with our top floor neighbor. Parking right in front of the entrance.
The flat is close to several supermarkets and fast food restaurants. Only 12 minutes walking distance to a gym and spa. And about 50 minutes walking distance from down town Reykjavík.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is quiet but still close to central Reykjavík. Nearest low price supermarket is about 10 minutes walking distance. It is a nice walk to Laugavegur, the main shopping street. You walk past the park and the botanical garden. Then you come to Laugardalur (Hot Spring Valley) which is a major center for sports and recreation in the capital.
