We live in a 250m2 newly renovated house in a quiet neighbourhood in Gardabaer, only 15 minutes drive to Reykjavik city centre. The house is on one floor and consists of: five bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a living room/dining room in front of a fire place and a hall. Veranda with a dining table, a bbq and a big garden with trampoline, and a double garage.
Ten minutes walk to a bakery, grocery store and a restaurant, fifteen minutes walk to a bigger super market, pharmacy and a swimming pool. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to nice hiking trails. Up to five bicycles available (from age 3 to adult).
Vidar is a sociologist at the University of Iceland and Asdis an attorney at law at ArnasonFaktor. We have four kids; Ingibjorg (17), Vilhelm (16), Ingvar (14) and Styrkar (3), and a dog named Mosi (5).
