About our home

My home is on a second floor in a 9 appartm.building in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, Approximatly 15 min. from Reykjavík.
Close to stores, swimming-pools, and nature. It has a nice balcony with a BBQ and furniture.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

1.My apartment is in a quiet and safe neighbour hood, close to nature. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool with hot tubs in the area, about 15 min.walk. and nature and the seaside is very close by.
2. There are 3 major super markets near by, also all you need such as a pharmacy, 2 ice-cream parlores cleaners and gas-stations.
3.The main bus lines run through the neighbourhood,

All the cool bars are in the nearby towns, but one will open this summer.

The Icelandic design museum is in our town, and a good library
Walks in the park
There are great walking paths all around my home, possibility of going into a lava field, bird-watching as we have a lake nearby.And a nature park were you have a possibility of BBQ-ing
Spot of exercise
Swimming pool and a gym, and several golf courses, where you might have to be a member.
Day tripping
There are endless possibilities of trips, for excampl. The Geo thermal park of Reykjanes and the Blue Lagoon are nearby..The Golden triangle: Thingvellir national park, the golden waterfall and the famous Geysir are quit nearby.
