The house is a stone house build in 1930 and renovated in 2012. Lots of art and books as well as well equiped kitchen for foodies. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom on the top floor, as well as a big guest room on first floor. Dining room, tv room (with sofa bed) and living room. The house sleeps comfortable six people, but can accommodate up to eight. Big yard.
The house is located in a quiet residential street in Hafnarfjordur - nicknamed the town in the lava. Beautiful view and in walking distance to the city center. Public transport to downtown Reykjavik (20 min) is next street (2 min by foot). Excellent geothermal heated public swiming pool 5 minutes from the house.
I love the place and I hope you will love it as well :)

Downtown Reykjavik, in one of the oldest part of town. Quiet and nice. Very near the harbour and the city
We built our 173 m2 home 4 years ago. It is in the country side with lot of free space around and about 10 km from Akureyri. Close to the Christmas house....
