About our home

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The deck has BBQ grill and toys for kids to play with.
My apartment is in Keflavík. 30 min drive from Reykjavík capital of Iceland. We have three bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds. I also have mattresses if you are many. There is one living room with a 2 sofa where 3 people can sleep, and a large kitchen where all the family can eat. It's a very comfortable apartment and nice bathroom with bath and shower.

More about us

I am mother with two boys, 5 and 11 years old. I am a teacher and I work a lot. I am looking for adventure with my girlfriend. I have not done a home exchange before but are excited to try what sounds a great way to see another country - and allow someone to see mine. I would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email/ skype first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Iceland.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Situated in a quit area on the highest part of Keflavík, with shopping streets only 3 min drive. In Keflavík you can visit lots of players like museum, shop, music museum and lot more. Only 15 min drive from the famous blue lagoon. Nice restaurants, and foreign cuisines, cafes with music and entertainment in the evening. In Keflavik we also have hot tubs and swimming pools
I often see the northern lights and I love it. Here is quiet and peaceful and only 30 min drive to Reykavík.
