About our home

Our comfortable home is perfect for families with young children. We have four bedrooms - two with queen size beds, one with a comfortable fold-out couch, and a childrens' bedroom with bunkbeds (mattresses 90x200 cm, so adults can sleep there too). Just a five minute drive from the city centre (or a half hour walk by the sea), a short walk from the Laugardalur valley recreational area with one of Reykjavík's most popular swimming pool and spa, and the family-friendly Husdyragardurinn (www.mu.is), a farm animal zoo & and great playground.

We have a car we could lend for driving with in the capital area, and there is a bus stop in front of the house that goes directly down-town. The area is quiet and family friendly, yet still very central. The apartment has free unlimited wifi, w. Netflix and Amazon Prime, local and international TV stations.
