“You cannot find a better location than this cabin,  across from the fjord of the City of Akureyri, and only minutes to the shopping and dining districts of downtown Akureyri, yet still an easy drive to all the points of interest in the northern Iceland. The log cabin nests at a quiet hillside with a stunning view overlooking the water and mountains. You can see the snow on the mountains change color from purple to pink to white every morning, and watch cruise ships leave and return to port just a short drive away. The host, Jonas, drove 3 hours to meet with us at the cabin just to make sure we were enjoying our time. He gave us great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Jonas and his log cabin made our Iceland trip extremely memorable!”
