WE ARE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN A SWAP DURING 27 JULY - 5 AUGUST FOR A LONG WEEKEND OR A WEEK
Our apartment is a beautiful, recently renovated 90 m2 loft in central Reykjavik. 10-15 min walk from Hallgrimskirkja (our most famous church), 10 minute walk from the Laugavegur, the main shopping street in Reykjavík, renowned for its boutiques, restaurants, and bars and a short walking distance from many other renowned landmarks around Reykjavik. The famous pond is almost in our backyard, with the beautiful Hljómskálagarður next to it, with perfect greens to lounge in and have a picnic.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (unfortunately no elevator) in a 90 year old beautiful house. On the main floor there is a big bedroom, smaller bedroom, a bathroom and an open living space, with the kitchen and dining and living room. A spiral staircase leads to an attic where you will find a cozy TV area with a 55” TV and a sofa to lounge on after a long day of exploring. Our kitchen is fully equipped and you will be able to cook at home. A washing machine and a dryer are in the smaller bedroom.
