We are a family of 5. Our children are 16, 10 and 5 years old.
Kjartan is an entreprenur and Kolbrún works as an addiction therapist.
We love traveling, music, growing our own vegetable, attending our chickens and working together in our garden.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is quiet and green. We live beside a river and there are lovely walks along the river, through a little wood and 5 min walk away you can find a little waterfall where you can sit and enjoy the quiet and green space. 15-20 min walk further away is to the center of town were you can find supermarket, swimming pool, café, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, wool shop, post office, 2 pubs, Liquer store, hairdresser, fast food shops and few more. 15 min drive to Esjan 1000 m high mountain which is perfect for a 1-3 hour hike. 10 min drive to Mosfellsdalur where you can find Farmers market on saturday in the summer, horserental and the home (museum) of the Nobel price writer Halldór Laxness.
