About our home

Our house is a friendly family house (chain, with 6 apartments), with very nice neighbours. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a double bed and one single. 1 with double bed, and 2 childrens bedrooms. Nice kitchen, large living room and a TV corner. Outside we have a big terrace in the back of the house, where we like to eat our breakfast in the summer and in the front we have a great space were we often barbeque at summer time. Very friendly neighbourhood and a lot of activities nearby. 200 meters to the local swimmingpool.

More about us

We are a family of six, Arnar (31 years) is a Sales rep.(finance) and Solla (36 years) an marketing rep.(vine and spirit). We have 4 children, boy 15 years, girl 13 years, girl 12 years and a girl 8 years. We like to travel and usually spend our summer vacations travelling around the country or visiting other countries. We have never tried trading houses before, but we have friends who have had very good experiences, so we would like to try it ourselves. Please contact us, so we can discuss all possibilities.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our house (this neighbourhood) is near two of Reykjavik best golf courses. There is a hiking trail not far from the house, where you can walk/bicycle all around, into the city or to a neighbourtown. There are 2 swimmingpools nearby one of them is only 200 meters away and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. Reykjavik center is 15 minutes by car and the bus stops outside the house. A playground and a footballfield not far from the house. There is also an indoor skatingrink in a walking distance. Reykjavik offers a lively nightlive, also good restaurants, museums, theaters and malls.
