About our home
It is a beautiful log home in Mosfellsbaer, the capital region of Iceland. The house was built in 2016 in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by trees and smaller mountains. The house is on two floors; on the first floor there is a laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living room with a nice little fireplace and on the second floor there is a bathroom, bedroom and a TV space. We have a big front porch with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, perfect for nice summer days.

Mosfellsbaer is a town of the located approx. 15-20 min from Reykjavik. The town offers public swimming pools, gyms, golf courses, grocery stores, bakeries, health care, horse rentals, hiking and biking trails.
One of the largest sport and entertainment complexes in the Reykjavik area is located within 7 minutes driving distance, whith a cinema, bowling alley, ice-skating rink, gym and a restaurant.
