About our home

We built our home 2009 and it is our dream home. We picked this area because we love being close from the ocean and nature. Our home is family friendly and the hot tub and the small football field is our kids favorite. There are many playgrounds all around in our neighbourhood.
We can describe the house as modern with Scandinavian and personal interior.
The big supermarkets are 2km from our house and the small one 0.8km away. Its about 10 min drive to the national airport, 15 min drive to the Blue Lagoon and 30 min to Reykjavík capital city.

More about us

The family loves to travel and make memories together. Our kids are 2, 5 and 8 years old when this is written (2018). We like to see new places and explore our country and other. Our five year old son Jökull Logi has a dream destination - Paris and the jungle in Afrika. Jón Gunnar our oldest son would like to see big buildings and go to Dubai. Since we live in Iceland, the land of Ice and fire, we like the sun and warm weather a lot because we don't have so much of it in our country :)
I work as a employment specialist in vocational rehabilitation. My husband is a civil engineer and in his day job he is a real estate manager. We both have a masters degree in leadership and management. We also have a company in the real estate business and we sell health equipment.
We are a healthy family and we love hiking and go all together swimming.
Me and my husband train crossfit. Our oldes son is in football and he absolutely loves it. Our younger son is in gymnastics and football. Our daughter Ásdís Katla loves swimming like her mother :)
